经骶直肠肿瘤局部切除术11例临床分析

Transsacral local excision of rectal tumors:report of 11 cases

目的：探讨经骶直肠肿瘤局部切除术的适应证及疗效。方法：回顾分析11例直肠良、恶性肿瘤行经骶局部切除术的临床资料。结果：11例术中顺利,术后未发生吻合口漏、肛门失禁;5例恶性肿瘤切缘阴性,术后随访2-24个月,均未发生局部转移和复发。结论：在严格掌握适应证的前提下,经骶行局部切除术治疗早期直肠癌可获得理想效果。

Objective ：To study the indications and effects of transsacral local excision of rectal tumors. Methods ：The clinical data of 11 patients performed transsacral local excision of benign or malignant tumors were analyzed. Results： Among the 11 patients, no anostonotic leakage or fecal incontinence was observed. The cutting end in 5 cases of malignant tumors was negative. All the patients were followed up for 2 - 24 months after the operation. Local recurrence and metastasis occurred in no patient. Conclusions ： If the indication is ensured,transsaeral local excision can achieve expectant effects in patients with early rectal cancer.
