MMP-28在口腔扁平苔藓中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of MMP-28 in Oral Lichen Planus

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-28(MMP-28)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)形成中的机制。方法分别采用免疫组化和Western Blot法检测MMP-28蛋白在37例不同类型OLP中的表达,并与11份正常口腔黏膜标本进行比较。结果OLP患者中MMP-28表达明显高于正常口腔黏膜组织,且糜烂型表达明显高于其他类型;OLP患者中MMP-28表达与性别、年龄及病损面积无明显相关。结论MMP-28表达与OLP分型密切相关,随病变程度加重逐渐升高;检测MMP-28蛋白表达有助于预测OLP的恶性行为;抑制MMP-28有望成为OLP治疗的新途径。

Objective To explore the role of MMP-28 in the pathogenesis of.oral lichen planus. Methods The expression of MMP-28 protein in tissue of 37 cases with oral lichen planus and 11 normal oral mucosa tissue were examined with immunohistochemistry and Western-blot method. Results The expression of MMP-28 protein in OLP tissue was higher than that in normal oral mecosa （ P 〈 0.05 ）, particular which in the erosive patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant correlation between the expression of MMP-28 protein and sex, age,lesion area. Conclusions The expression of MMP-28 protein is positively related to the typing of OLP. Detection of MMP-28 protein is helpful to predict the malignant changes of OLP. Inhibition of MMP-28 hope to be a new measurement for treating OLP.
