Bip反义寡核苷酸对热应激脾脏巨噬细胞功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨Bip反义寡核苷酸(Bip AS-ODN)对体外轻度热应激脾脏巨噬细胞功能的影响。方法设计特异性Bip AS-ODN,经脂质体包裹后转染至小鼠脾脏巨噬细胞,观察Bip AS-ODN对轻度热应激后脾脏巨噬细胞功能的影响。结果轻度热应激60 min后,脾脏巨噬细胞吞噬功能及趋化、杀伤活性增强,Bip mRNA表达明显上调;Bip AS-ODN转染脾脏巨噬细胞后,与未转染细胞比较,热应激后Bip mRNA表达明显减少,巨噬细胞吞噬功能及趋化、杀伤活性明显回落(P<0.01)。结论Bip对热应激脾脏巨噬细胞功能起调节作用。
