富含血小板血浆协同BMP-4促成骨分化研究

摘要 目的探讨富含血小板血浆(PRP)与骨形成蛋白-4(BMP-4)对离体细胞增殖和成骨性分化的影响。方法体外培养ST-2骨髓间充质干细胞,分别加入PRP及BMP-4,4 d后ELISA法观察细胞碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性,计数细胞密度。结果PRP可增加ALP活性及细胞密度,与BMP-4促联合作用更明显;并在一定浓度范围内呈正相关,高浓度可轻度抑制。结论PRP可协同BMP-4促进细胞增殖和成骨性分化。
