摘要
测量丝段爆炸过程的电压及电流变化对认识电爆机理和改进电爆设备具有十分重要的意义,金属丝段在高压电场中爆炸的大电流是通过丝端部与电极之间的气体放电导入的,起爆过程存在高频放电现象,通用设备不能满足测量要求。本文设计了金属丝段电爆炸过程的电压电流测量装置,测量装置主要由双电阻分压器和自积分式罗格斯线圈组成。分别对装置测量原理、结构及电子线路方案设计、静电屏蔽等环节进行了分析,所测波形稳定可靠。
Electrical explosion in the high voltage field has the unique characteristic. And to measure the current and the voltage of segmented wire electrical explosion is significative for probing into the mechanism of wire electrical explosion and improving the equipment. The breakdown between electrodes and tips of the segmented wire, provide the channels through which the current flow in the segmented wire for explosion to occur. Because of this highfrequency discharge process, general measurement equipment can not meet the requirements. A measurement device is designed which is composed of double voltage dividers and self-integral rogowski coil in the paper. The principium and the structure of the device, the circuit layout, and the electronic shield were analyzed respectively. The waveforms obtained from the measurement device are credible.
