近红外透射光谱应用于液态杀鼠剂中毒鼠强快速无损定性分析的研究

Rapid and qualitative analysis of tetramine from the rodenticides by near infra-red transmittance spectroscopy using clustering analysis

目的:建立液态杀鼠剂中毒鼠强快速无损定性分析的新方法。方法:应用OPUS软件中的系统聚类法和快速比较法对液态杀鼠剂的近红外透射光谱进行处理。结果和结论:快速比较法比聚类分析更适合于液态杀鼠剂中毒鼠强快速无损定性分析,该法简便、快速、准确,为液态杀鼠剂中毒鼠强的快速鉴别提供了一种新方法。

Aim： To establish the method for the rapid identification of tetramine from the marketed rodentcides. Methods： Near infra-red spectroscopy using clustering analysis and quick comparison method were exploited to identify the liquid rodentcides. Results： It was found that quick comparison method was more appre- ciated for the rapid identification of tetramine from the rodentcides than clustering analysis. Conclusion： The developed method allows rapid, non-destructive, simple, and accurate identification of tetramine from the liquid rodentcides.
