BMD气冲造型线电控系统设计

Design of an electric-control system for BMD air impact moulding plant

摘要 为解决BMD气冲自动造型线电控系统由于老化而故障频发等问题,采用西门子S7-400 PLC、数字控制Simodrive611U伺服定位系统及基于Windows操作平台的WinCC上位机监控系统,构建了新的控制系统。新系统完全保留了原系统的全部功能及操作习惯,响应速度更快,并增强了系统运行状态信息显示功能,而且具备工业以太网接口,为生产管理升级预留了空间。实践结果表明,改造后的系统运行稳定,达到了设计要求。 Aiming at several severe problems of BMD air impact moulding plant like system aging and frequent system breakdowns and so on, using the Siemens S7-400 programmable logic controller(PLC) , the servo control system Simodrive 611U digital control technology and the computer monitoring based on the upper-level WinCC system, a newly system was designed to solve these problems. All the functions and the operational habits in the older system were preserved and the responding speed was accelerated at the same time. In addition, the new system was enhanced with system condition display function and equipped with industrial Ethernet for further upgradings in production management. The practice result shows that the new system runs steadily and satisfies design requirements.
