摘要
为了提高汽车制冷系统中热力膨胀阀的装配效率和装配精度,在分析相关拧紧策略的基础上,提出了一种基于ARM单片机的自动拧紧控制系统,并对控制系统硬件和软件部分进行了分析,介绍了硬件组成、软件功能模块图、流程图。实际应用结果表明,该自动拧紧控制系统提高了热力膨胀阀螺纹联接处预紧力的控制精度和装配效率,并且减轻了工人的劳动强度。
In order to improve the efficiency and the accuracy of the thermal expansion valve's assembly used in automotive airconditioning system, an automatic screw-machine controlling system based on ARM was implemented by analyzing some righting strategy. And its hardware and software of the system were also analyzed in brief, the hardware structure, software function module chart and program flow chart were presented. Practical application result shows that precision of the pre-tightening force in tighting thermal expansion valve and the assembly's efficiency is improved, and worker's labor intensity is reduced, due to the automatic screw-machine controlling system.
