中国石油天然气股份有限公司克拉玛依石化分公司有两套制氢装置,Ⅰ装置为二手设备改建,通过不断改造,提高了设备的防腐蚀性能,已安全稳定运行15 a。Ⅱ装置于2004年12月试车生产,设计之初就在选材等方面考虑到了耐蚀问题,现已经平稳安全运行4 a。两套制氢装置在防腐蚀方面都做了大量工作,有一些经验可供相关技术和管理人员分享。

PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company has two hydrogen generation plants in operation. HG Plant Ⅰ is a unit revamped from relocated equipment. After effective retrofitting, the anti - corrosion performance of the equipment has been greatly improved and the plant has been operating successfully for 15 years. HG Plant Ⅱ is a grass - roots unit which was commissioned in December, 2004. In the design of the unit, anti - corrosion has been fully considered in material selection. The unit has already been operating for 4 years without trouble from corrosion. The successful anti - corrosion experience can be shared with technical and management people for the operation of other hydrogen generation plants.
