燃料油注入泵早期腐蚀失效分析

摘要 高压燃料油注入泵发生过早损坏,实际使用时间不足预期寿命的1/8。分析失效原因,确定过早失效是腐蚀和磨损综合作用的结果,腐蚀起主导作用。根据注油泵失效原因提出了采用表面处理、保证加工质量、控制燃料油清洁度和降低油温等解决措施。 The high - pressure fuel oil injection pump broke down at the early stage, and its actual life is less than one eighth of its service life. The analysis found that the early failure was mainly caused by the combination effect of corrosion and the wear with corrosion as the main culprit. Effective measures were recommended on the basis of failure causes, such as, adopting surface treatment, ensuring working quality, controlling cleanness of fuel oil and lowering the fuel temperature, etc.
