摘要
经检测，随脉动真空式压力蒸汽灭菌器柜室密封程度下降，灭菌布巾包中心温度滞后于柜室温度的时间延长，灭菌合格率下降。
Examination revealed that the time during which the temperature at center of dressing pack to be sterilized was lower than that of the chamber of the autoclave was prolonged and the eligibility rate of sterilization decreased with decreasing airtightness of the chamber of vacuum autoclave with pulsing systems.
