摘要
试验表明,对空气单以紫外线照射30min或臭氧消毒120min,均不能达到消毒目的,两者联合使用可使细菌总数减至182cfu/m3。对物体表面,用含100mg/L有效氯的84消毒液或含250mg/L有效氯的优氯净溶液擦拭,均可将细菌总数减至合格标准(≤5cfu/cm2)以下,而用1%煤酚皂溶液擦拭则达不到目的。
It was indicated in an experiment that for air disinfection, ultraviolet irradiation for 30 min or ozone disinfection for 20 min alone could not attain purpose of disinfection, while combination of these 2 methods could reduce total bacterial count to 182 cfu/m3. For surface disinfection, wiping with 84 Disinfectant Solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/L or Youlujing disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 250 mg/L could reduce total bacterial count to lower than standard of eligibility (≤5 cfu/cm2), while wiping with 1% lysol could not attain the purpose.
