基于三角模糊数的我国博士后科研成果评价研究

Based on the Triangular Fuzzy Numbers of Chinese Postdoctoral Scientific Evaluation

随着我国博士后规模的日益扩大和招收模式多元化格局的形成,博士后科研成果评价已成为博士后管理工作的重要内容。在现有理论的基础上,综合考虑了博士后在经济场域和科学场域中的特点,应用三角模糊数的科学方法,建立了完整的博士后科研成果评价体系。该研究结论对鼓励和引导博士后开展与企业经营有关的具有创新意义的科研工作具有一定的指导意义。

With the growing scale of China＇s postdoctor and formation of the diversified pattern of recruiting, the evaluation of the post-doctoral research results will be important content of the management of post-doctoral work. On the basis of existing theory, this study considers the post-doctoral characteristics in the economic and scientific field,and we apply triangular fuzzy number to set up a complete post-doctoral scientific research evaluation system. The conclusion of the study has a certain practical significance on encouraging and guiding the postdoctor to relate the innovative research work with the enterprises.
