摘要
应用微分几何和共轭曲面理论对锥双螺杆转子的螺旋面进行了深入研究,分析了锥双螺杆的空间啮合运动,建立了螺旋面方程,推导出了转子螺旋面的啮合方程。在此基础上利用C++Builder5.0软件编制了实体端面的二维动态模拟图形,从而便于从计算机上直观的观察锥双螺杆两个转子的运动情况,为加工高精度的锥双螺杆转子提供了理论依据。
The theories of the differential geometry and conjugate curved face are applied to analyse the movement of space engagement in this paper, and the equation of the spiral surface is established, then the conjugate equation of the spiral of the twin-screw rotors are deduced. The two-dimension dynamic simulating figure is programmed based on C + + Buider 5.0 to observe the motion of the two rotors directly. And the theoretical proof which the high degree accuracy rotors are processed is supplied.
