为了更大程度上提高可靠性和降低运行周期成本,一个移动式变频螺杆空压机目标就是:空间足够小、出气足够大、耗能足够低。采用永磁电机进行直接传动空压机螺杆,可以大大降低尺寸,并确保电机转速和转矩达到设计要求;通过控制器或变频器内部的PID调节器,能对输出压力实现快速调节控制,将能量消耗降到最低。
In order to increase the reliability and reduce the cost of running cycle, the goal of the frequency conversion mobile screw air compressor is small space, large vent and low energy-consuming. The use of permanent magnet motor of the direct drive in the screw air compressor, the size can be greatly reduced and at the same time it ensures that the motor speed and torque meet the design requirements.
