高压氧综合治疗放射性脑病临床分析

Hyperbaric oxygen treatment for the radiation encephalopathy in chronic and thorathic spinal cord

目的探讨高压氧综合治疗放射性脑病的临床疗效和可能机制。方法采用高压氧治疗放射性脑病15例,与采用常规方法治疗的11例患者对照研究。结果采用和不采用高压氧治疗的有效率分别为66.66%和54.54%。患者接受的放射剂量与高压氧治疗疗效无明显关系。2个疗程以上高压氧治疗症状改善增加。出现症状后尽快使用高压氧治疗可提高治疗效果。结论高压氧治疗放射性脑病是有效的治疗方法之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical application and machanism of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for the radiation encephalopathy. Methods Comparative study were maded in 12 cases of early radiation encephalopathy with hyperbaric oxygen treatment and 10 cases with routine treament. Results Treatment cffective rates with and without hyperbaric oxygen treatment were 66.66% and 54.54 %. No closed relationship between radiaton doses and resulte of hyperbaric oxygen treament. There were higher probability of cure rate when two course of hyperbaric oxygen treatment was maded the higher probability of cure rate will be when earler uses of hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment is one of the effective treatment mathods for the radiation encephalopathy.
