摘要
目的探讨卡铂对裸鼠移植结肠管状腺癌动物模型在高压氧微环境下的作用。方法通过对实验裸鼠肿瘤体积、重量、5-溴脱氧尿苷标记指数及组织病理学的变化进行观察。结果高压氧微环下卡铂使移植瘤生长明显受到抑制,提示高压氧对卡铂有增敏作用,解剖和病理学未发现组织器官有癌细胞转移。结论高压氧微环能改善肿瘤乏氧细胞的缺氧状态,提高肿瘤乏氧细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。因此,高压氧联合化疗能提高其疗效,能降低肿瘤的复发和转移,其治疗是安全和有效的。
Objective To evaluate the role of carboplatin to treat the nude mice model transplanted by colon tubular adenoearcinoma. Methods Observe the change of the tumor volume, weight, 5 - bromo-deoxyuridine labeling index, and the phathology of nude mice. Results Under hyperoxic environment,carboplatin could inhibite the growth of grafted tumor, which indicate that hyperoxia could sensitize carboplatin. And there was no metastasis in anatomy and phathology. Conclusion Hyperoxic microenviroment can improve the hypoxic condition of the hypoxic cell of tumor, and imcrease the sensitivity of tumor hypoxic cell to chemotherapy. Therefore,hyperoxia combine chemotherapy can improve the result of it, and decrease the metastasis and recurrence of tumor. This treatment is safe and effective.
