摘要
目的探讨全口义齿再次修复时颌位关系复制(转移)的效果。方法利用旧义齿做托盘取模、转移颌位关系、上架,完成全口义齿的制作。结果采用复制法制作的21例全口义齿,有19例非常满意或满意,满意率90.5%,与对照组临床效果比较患者满意率差异显著。结论复制颌位关系正确的全口义齿,患者适应性强,不复诊或复诊次数少,满意率高,医生工作量减少,临床实用性强。
Objective To discuss the result of copy of jaw relation when repairing a complete denture. Methods To make a denture-cast,copy jaw position,and wear articulator using the old dentures to make preparation for the complete denture. Results Among 21 cases,there were 19 cases satisfaet. Satisfaction rate was 90.5% by this method. And patients satisfaction about was obvious, in contrast with the other clinic group. Conclusion The patients who have accurate copy of jaw relation of complete dentures can have better denture adaptability. And they seldom or never make further consultation with a doctor. So it reduces the amount of work of dentists and it has high clinical practicability.
