摘要
目的探讨老年人外伤性急性颅内血肿的临床特点和治疗。方法回顾性分析近10年我院收治的98例老年人急性颅内血肿的临床资料和治疗。结果恢复良好24例,中残20例,重残17例,植物状态5例,死亡23例,放弃治疗9例。结论老年人外伤性急性颅内血肿的临床表现具有其特点,严密的病情观察和积极的CT复查对病情的掌握尤为重要。早期诊断和适合的治疗策略有利于预后的改善。
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment of acute traumatic intracranial hematoma in elderly patients. Methods The data of 98 elderly patients with acute traumatic intracranial hematoma treated were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 98 patients, 24 were recovered well, 20 moderately＇ disabled, 17 severe disabled, 5 vegetatively survived, 23 died and 9 refused treatment. Conclusion Acute traumatic intracranial hematoma in elderly patients has its distinct clinical characteristics. Close observation and serial CT scans are important to diagnosis. Better prognosis can be achieved on the basis of early diagnosis and appropriate therapy.
