摘要 利用珍珠岩废矿粉、本地资源瓷土、膨润土为原料,添加Fe2O3和还原碳粉作为发泡剂,制备出具有防水、保温功能的轻质外墙砖;探讨了原料配方、烧成工艺对制品吸水率、密度和抗折强度的影响;确定出了较理想配方和烧成工艺分别为:珍珠岩废矿粉43%、瓷土50%、膨润土7%、氧化铁2%、还原碳粉1%、烧成温度1180℃、保温时间10分钟。 The perlite waste powders, local porcelain clays and bentonites were used as raw materials to prepare lightweight external bricks with the properties of waterproof and insulation. And Fe2O3 and reducing carbon powders were used as foaming agents. The Influence of raw material prescriptions and firing process on water-absorption, density and breaking strength were investigated. Finally, the results show the optimum formula as follows: perlite waste powders 43Wt%, porcelain clays 50wt%, bentonites 7wt%, Fe2O3 2wt%, and reducing carbon powders 1wt%. The optimized firing process is at 1180℃ for 10min.
