KH-560和SEA-171表面处理纳米SiC改性氰酸酯树脂 被引量:6

摘要 采用模塑成型法制备了氰酸酯树脂(CE)/纳米SiC(nano-SiC)复合材料,分别采用小分子偶联剂KH-560和大分子偶联剂SEA-171对nano-SiC进行表面处理,考察了不同含量的nano-SiC对CE/nano-SiC复合材料性能的影响,采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)对复合材料的微观形貌进行表征,并通过模型对其作用机理进行了分析。结果表明,当w(nano-SiC)=1.0%时,经KH-560表面处理后的nano-SiC,其复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度比纯CE分别提高了86.28%和29.55%;经SEA-171表面处理后的nano-SiC,其复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度比纯CE分别提高了95.06%和34.69%;SEA-171的改性效果优于KH-560,对提高CE的力学性能更有利。 The cyanate ester resin(CE)/nano-SiC composites were made by molding method. The influences of contents of nano-SiC,which was treated by coupler(namely KH-560 or SEA-171) on its surface,were reviewed on performances of CE/nano-SiC composites. The morphology of CE/nano-SiC composites was characterized by TEM,and the reaction mechanism was concluded by model. The results indicated that the impact strength and flexural strength of CE/nano-SiC composite were 86.28% and 29.55% respectively more than of pure CE when mass fraction of nano-SiC which was treated by KH-560 was 1.0%. The impact strength and flexural strength of CE/nano-SiC composite were 95.06% and 34.69% respectively more than of pure CE when nano-SiC was treated by SEA-171. SEA-171 was better than KH-560 in the modifier effect and improving mechanical properties of CE.
