摘要
对分组定时截尾无失效数据,文中提出了失效概率的迭代Bayes估计和迭代多层Bayes估计,给出了迭代估计的两个性质。在某型液压泵寿命服从对数正态分布假定下,给出了液压泵无失效数据情形可靠度的估计,并对不同方法得到的估计结果做了随机模拟,说明了迭代多层Bayes方法的有效性。
For the grouped, timing terminated and zero-failure data, the paper presents iterative Bayes estimate and iterative hierarchical Bayes estimate of failure probabilities. Two properties of the iterative estimates are given. Suppose that life distribution of certain hydraulic pump follows the logarithm normal distribution, under zero-failure data condition, reliability estimates of this hydraulic pump and simulations according to estimates of different methods are given. The validity of iterative hierarchical Bayes method is shown.
