腹膜后纤维化的CT表现

CT Features of Retreoperitoneal Fibrosis

目的探讨腹膜后纤维化(retroperitoneal fibrosis,RPF)的CT表现特点。资料与方法回顾性分析6例经病理证实为RPF患者的CT平扫和增强扫描图像特点。结果RPF CT表现为腹膜后弥漫性斑块或肿块及腹膜后脏器的受累,多伴有肾盂积水和输尿管扩张。结论腹膜后出现弥漫或肿块样病变合并肾及输尿管积水可作为CT诊断RPF的依据。

Objective To discuss CT features of retroperitoneal fibrosis （RPF）. Materials and Methods CT findings of 6 patients with RPF proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT findings of RPF included diffuse plaque or masses involved with retroperitoneal organs, hydronephrosis and dilatation of the ureters were often accompanied. Conclusion Diffuse plaque or masses in retroperitoneal space accompanied with hydronephrosis or dilatation of the ureters on CT suggest the diagnosis of retroperitoneal fibrosis（RPF） .
