多层螺旋CT腹部增强编辑减影血管成像技术及临床应用 被引量:3

The Clinical Application of Multislice Spiral CT Subtraction Edited Angiography in Abdomen Multi-phase Enhancement Scanning

摘要 目的 探讨常规腹部多期增强扫描后,行动脉期、门静脉期血管编辑减影成像的可行性。资料与方法选择行腹部多期增强扫描患者68例。男40例,女28例,年龄14~83岁,平均47.5岁。扫描设备为Siemens Somatom Sensation16层螺旋CT,处理软件为设备所带3D卡中的常规软件objecteditor。同一定位像下行平扫及多期增强扫描,对平扫薄层图像进行骨骼对象编辑后保存至3D Application Data,利用此数据进行编辑减影去骨处理,完成动脉期、门静脉期血管成像。结果68例中,除2例因身体移动不能编辑减影外,余66例均编辑减影成功,均较好完成血管成像,其中,图像质量评为4分者39例,占59%;3分21例,占32%;2分6例,占9%;无一例图像被评为1分。整个过程约1~7min,平均2min。结论多层螺旋CT腹部编辑减影血管成像技术可以方便、快捷地完成去骨,清晰显示腹部血管。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical application of multislice spiral CT subtraction edited angiography for artery and portal vein in abdomen multi-phase enhancement scanning. Materials and Methods 68 cases with abdomen multi-phase enhancement scanning were collected. The plain and multi-phase enhancement scanning were finished in the same scour range, skeleton target were edited in thin slice picture and preserved to 3D Application Data,subtraction edited bone removing were carried out, and the angiography for artery and portal vein in abdomen were finished. Results 66 eases were succeeded except 2 cases whose bodies moved, among them, there were 39 cases (59% ,39/66) whose picture quality were assessed as score of 4, and score of 3 were 21 cases (32% ,21/66) ; score of 2 were 6 cases (9% , 6/66) ; there was no picture to appraise as score of 1. The whole course needed about 1 -7minutes,average 2 minutes. Conclusion The technology, of subtraction edited angiography for artery and portal vein in abdomen multi-phase scanning is convenient and rapid to complete bone removing,and reveal the abdomen blood vessel clearly.
