摘要
目的探讨高脂肪、高蛋白饲料对幼年大鼠血糖和胰岛素水平的影响。方法将24只5~6周龄健康清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠按体重随机分为对照组、高脂肪组和高蛋白组,分别用基础饲料、高脂肪饲料和高蛋白饲料饲养12周,每组8只。实验结束时,称重,取出并称量肝脏、脑、肾脏、脾脏及附睾部、肾周部脂肪重量,计算相应的脏器系数。测定各组大鼠血糖和胰岛素水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)。结果不同饲料组大鼠体重间比较,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同饲料组大鼠肝脏系数、脑系数、肾脏系数、脾脏系数间比较,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,高脂肪组附睾周围脂肪系数和肾周脂肪系数均较高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高脂肪组和高蛋白组血糖高于对照组,但差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高脂肪组和高蛋白组胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数高于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论生长发育期大鼠长期摄入高蛋白或高脂肪饮食可降低其胰岛素敏感性,引起胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To observe the influence of high-fat and high-protein diet on blood glucose and insulin concentration of rats at infant stage. Methods Twenty-four male clean Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,high-fat group and high-protein group after born 5-6 weeks according to body weight, maintained respectively a standard,a high-fat and a high-protein diet for 12 weeks,8 rats in each group. At the end of the experiment,weigh out the liver,brain,kidney, spleen and perirenal fat,epididymal fat pad,organ coefficient was calculated accordingly. Blood glucose,insulin concentration were measured and IRI was calculated. Results Different feed group to compare weight, there was no statistically significant differences (P〉0.05). Different feed group to compare the liver coefficient, the brain coefficient,the kidney coefficient,the spleen coefficient,the difference did not have statistics significance(P〉0.05). Compared with control group, there were higher perirenal fat weight,epididymal fat pad in the high-fat group(P〈0.05).Blood glucose in the high-fat group and the high-protein group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference did not have statistics significance (P〉0.05). Insulin concentration and IRI of high-fat group and high-protein group were higher than that in control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Infant rats fed with high-protein or high-fat diet for a long time reduced insulin sensitivity, and resulted in insulin resistance.
