福州市鼓山镇老年2型糖尿病患病状况及其危险因素分析 被引量:2

The Prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and its Risk Factors in the Elderly in Gushan Town,Fuzhou City

摘要 目的了解城乡结合部老年2型糖尿病的患病状况,为社区糖尿病干预提供基线数据。方法2007年7—11月,采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取福州市城乡结合部鼓山镇14个行政单位60岁及以上常住居民4653人进行2型糖尿病筛查。结果鼓山镇老年2型糖尿病患病率为11.21%,经多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、职业、月收入(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.13~1.77)、糖尿病家族史(OR=6.49,95%CI:4.62~9.10)、向心性肥胖(OR=1.47,95%CI:1.15~1.88)是糖尿病患病的独立危险因素。结论鼓山镇老年2型糖尿病患病率较高,今后应加强对有糖尿病家族史、向心性肥胖人群的健康教育及不良行为的干预,大力开展社区干预工作。 Objective To know the prevalence of type 2 diabetes and its risk factors in the elderly in Gushan Town, Fuzhou City. Methods From July to November of 2007, 4653 elderly permanent residents from 14 administrative units were selected using random cluster sampling. Results The prevalence of elderly type 2 diabetes was 11.2%. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that age, occupation, monthly income (OR= 1.42, 95%CI: 1.13-1.77), family history of diabetes (OR=6.49, 95%CI: 4.62-9.10), concentric obesity (OR= 1.47, 95%CI: 1.15-1.88) were independent risk factors for diabetes. Conclusion The type 2 diabetes prevalence rate of the elderly was higher, and the health edueation and interventions should be strengthened to the people who have family history of diabetes and concentric obesity.
