江门市干部人群高尿酸血症与多种代谢的关系

Correlations between Hyperuricemia and a Variety of Metabolic-related Factors in Cadre Members in Jiangmen City,Guangdong

摘要 目的了解江门市干部高尿酸血症患病情况,探讨高尿酸血症与多种代谢的关系。方法体检人群中抽取20~60岁干部1019人,收集体格检查和相关生化检测资料,应用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果江门市干部高尿酸血症患病率为30.42%,其中男性为33.53%,女性为23.85%,男性高于女性(P<0.01);男性不同年龄组尿酸水平和高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率以40~组最高[分别为(395.7±92.6)mmol/L和40.76%],女性随年龄增大而增高[分别为(280.8±69.6)、(283.9±64.9)、(306.5±98.4)、(346.6±87.8)mmol/L和18.46%,19.15%,30.90%,45.45%]。男性不同水平尿酸组体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性BMI、WHR、血压、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、空腹血糖有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,年龄、性别、BMI、WHR、TC、TG、HDL-C、空腹血糖是血尿酸的独立影响因素,HDL-C和空腹血糖与血尿酸呈负相关。结论江门市干部高尿酸血症发病率较高,与多种代谢相关。 Objective To assess the prevalence of hyperuricemia and investigate the Correlations between hyperuricemia and a variety of metabolic-related factors in cadre members in Jangmen city. Methods 1019 cadre members aged 20-60 years who took health regular examination were selected, their data of the physical check-ups and corresponding lab indexes were collected and analyzed by SPSS 11.5. Results The general prevalence rate of hyperuricemia was 30.42%, and it was higher in male (33.53%) than in female (23.85%) (P〈0.01); In four different age groups, the levels of UA and the prevalence of HUA were highest in aged 40-yrs in male (395.7±92.6 mmol/L and 40.76%), and in female, from 30- to 50-yrs group, they were 280.8±69.6, 283.9±64.9, 306.5±98.4, 346.6±87.8 mmol/L and 18.46%, 19.15%, 30.90%, 45.45%. in male groups with different levels of UA, the body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) high-density lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDL-C) were statistically significant (P〈0.05 or P〈0.001), while in female, the BMI, WHR, blood pressure, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, fasting blood glucose were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that age, sex, BMI, WHR, TC, TG, HDL-C, fasting blood glucose serum uric acid were independent influential factors; and there were negative relations between HDL-C and fasting blood glucose and blood uric acid. Conclusion The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in cadre members in Jangmen city was higher, and it was related with a variety of metabolic-related factors.
