摘要
目的了解金花茶叶提取物降血脂效果。方法用高脂饲料饲喂鹌鹑15 d,造成鹌鹑高脂血症模型,然后分别灌胃(ig)给予金花茶叶提取物400 mg/kg,以临床降血脂药物非诺贝特片20 mg/kg为阳性对照,灌胃实验第30天后取血清测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量。结果金花茶叶水提取物及初步纯化提取物均能降低鹌鹑高脂血症模型血清中的TC及TG含量,醇提取物只能降低高脂血症模型鹌鹑TC含量。结论金花茶叶提取物具有降低血脂作用并能用D-101树脂富集。
Objective To study the effect of the extracts of Camellia nitidssimas leaves on blood lipids. Methods Quails were fed by high fat food for 15 days to induce hyperlipidemia and the extracts were treated by oral garage once a day at a dose of 400 rag/ kg. The positive control group quails were treated with Fenofibrate （20 mg/kg）. On the 30th day, the serum TC and TG were detected. Results The water extracts from Camellia nitidssimas leaves could decrease the contents of serum TC , TG in hyperlipiemia quails, and the alcohol extract could decrease the content of serum TC in hyperlipidemia quails. Conclusion The extracts of Camellia nitidssimas leaves can decrease the contents of blood lipids.
