摘要
目的对蓝布正Geum japonicum Thumb.var.chinense F.Bolle乙醇提取物的化学成分的研究。方法利用Sephadex LH-20,硅胶柱色谱和硅胶制备薄层色谱等分离方法反复分离纯化,通过理化性质及光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果从蓝布正的乙醇提取部分分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为翻白叶苷A①,17^3-脱镁叶绿素乙酯②,甘油-1-棕榈酸酯③,棕榈酸④,β-谷甾醇⑤。结论化合物1-5均首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Geum japonicum Thunb. var. chinense F. Bolle. Methods Compounds from the plant were separated and purified by column chromatography, preparative TLC silica gel and Sephadex LH -20, and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis (NMR, IR, UV, and MS). Results Five compounds were obtained. Their structures were characterized as potengrtilloside A ( 1 ) , 173 - ethoxyphaeophorbide a ( 2 ), glycerol 1 - monopalmitate ( 3 ) , palmitic acid (4) and β - sitosterol (5) , respectively. Conclusion All compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
