新疆藁本挥发油不同提取方法的比较研究

Comparative Study on Process for Extracting Essential Oil from Conioselium tataricum Hoffm

目的比较不同提取方法对新疆藁本挥发油的影响。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏、微波、超声、回流、索氏5种提取方法提取新疆藁本挥发油,并应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对所得挥发油的含量及成分分析。结果挥发油得率分别是:2.40%,2.19%,6.43%,6.75%,9.73%,分别鉴定出44,41,40,40,37种化学成分。结论索氏提取得油率最高,但杂质也较多,含有大量的脂肪油。微波、超声有着效率高的特点。各种提取方法得到的挥发油成分稍有差异,水蒸气提取的挥发油要优于其他几种。

Objective To compare the effects of different methods on the extraction of essential oil from Conioselium tataricum Hoffm. Methods The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation （ HD ） , focused microwave - assisted hydrodistillation （FMAHD） , uhrasonie extraction （ UE ） , Soxhlet extraction （ SE ） , heat reflux extraction （ HFE ）, respectively. The oil obtained was analyzed by GC - MS and the results were compared. Results The extraction rate of oil extracted by the five methods was 2.40% ,2.19% ,6.43% ,6.75% ,9.73% and 44,41,40,40,and 37 compounds were identified ,respectively . Conclusion The total amount of essential oil extracted by SE is higher relatively , but it has more impurity and fat oil. UE and FMAHD are effient The ehemieal components and their relative contents of essential oil extracted by five methods were different and the oil extraeted by HD is better than the others.
