地奥心血康对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察地奥心血康(DAXXK)对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉造成急性脑缺血模型,随后再灌注。将大鼠随机分为3组,即正常对照组、模型组(缺血再灌注组)、DAXXK组。以DAXXK0.5%、0.2 ml/10 g连续灌胃7 d,第8天除正常对照组外,其余各组复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,测定脑匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和脑组织含水量。结果DAXXK组与模型组比较,脑匀浆SOD活性显著增高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01),脑组织含水量治疗组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论DAXXK对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effect of DAXXK on cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury. Methods The animals (rats) were divided into three groups randomly: normal contrast group, cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury group, DAXXK treatment group. The rats of DAXXK group were given DAXXK (0.5% ,0.2 ml/10 g) by oral garage once a day. SOD, MDA in brain and cerebral homogenate water content were determined. Results Compared with ceremal ischemia reperfusion group DAXXK could increase the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA in brain tissue and brain water content (p 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion DAXXK might have a protective effect against the damage of cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury.
