摘要
目的研究石蒜的指纹图谱。方法高效液相色谱法,紫外检测器(VWD),乙腈-甲醇-水梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml/m in;检测波长:232 nm。结果精密度、稳定性、重复性实验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均<3%,10批样品间具有很高的相似度。同时对10批样品及比较样品中的3种生物碱含量进行测定。结论该方法可以作为石蒜药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Lycoris radiate( L'Her. )Herb.. Methods HPLC was applied on Agilent 1100 with VWD detector at 232nm and acetonitrile -methol -water solution, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The RSD of relative retention time and peak area of coexist peaks met to method requirement during the investigation of precision, stability and repeatibity trials. All of the 10 batches of samples shared a high similarity. At the same time, the contents of three alkaloids in 10 batch samples and other samples were determined. Conclusion The fingerprint of Lycoris radiate( L'Her. )Herb. can be used as their characteristic chromatography fingerprint of Shisuan.
