超高压水射流对天麻有效成分的影响

摘要 目的研究超高压水射流处理对天麻有效成分的影响。方法通过150~350MPa不同压力的水射流处理天麻醇提液,采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法定性鉴别和测定天麻的化学成分种类及含量变化。结果不同压力水射流处理天麻后,天麻的薄层图谱中斑点个数、大小及Rf值无明显差别;天麻的液相图谱中峰个数及形状亦无明显差别,但150MPa和200MPa处理液天麻素含量降低,250,300,350MPa处理液天麻素含量升高。结论该研究可为天麻液体制剂前处理提供实验依据,对天麻药材资源的开发、利用有着重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of ultra high pressure water jet on the active components of Rhizoma C.astrodiae. Methods The extraction of C.astrodiae was treated by various pressures from 150MPa to 350MPa, its components and contents were identified and determined by TLC and HPLC. Results There was no obvious difference in the number, size and Rf value of spots on TLC ehromatograms, and basically the same on the number and shape of peaks on HPLC chromatograms between the solution treated under various pressures, but the content of gastrodin in the solutions treated under 150MPa and 200MPa was decreased, and relatively increased in those treated under pressures of 250MPa to 350MPa. Conclusion This investigation may provide some useful experimental information for the pretreatment of liquid preparation of Rhizoma Gastrodiae. It is very important for exploitation and use of traditional Chinese medicine.
