地骨皮降血糖有效成分的初步研究

The Effective Components from Cortex Lycii for Reduction of Blood Sugar

目的探讨地骨皮水煎剂的降血糖作用及其有效成分。方法制备四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型后,将其分为模型对照组、β-丙氨酸(牛磺酸转运抑制剂)处理组、降糖灵治疗组、地骨皮治疗组和"β-丙氨酸处理+地骨皮治疗组",分别灌服生理盐水、1%β-丙氨酸饮水、灌服降糖灵水溶液、灌服地骨皮水煎剂、1%β-丙氨酸饮水+灌服地骨皮水煎剂处理14 d后,测定小鼠空腹血糖。结果给药后降糖灵治疗组、地骨皮治疗组、"β-丙氨酸处理+地骨皮治疗组"血糖较治疗前有极显著降低(P<0.01);β-丙氨酸处理组血糖与治疗前无差异(P>0.05)。给药后降糖灵治疗组、地骨皮治疗组、"β-丙氨酸处理+地骨皮治疗组"血糖与模型对照组、β-丙氨酸处理组血糖均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),而模型对照组与β-丙氨酸处理组血糖差异显著(P<0.05)。结论地骨皮水煎剂有明显的降血糖作用,β-丙氨酸无降血糖作用;地骨皮水煎剂的降糖作用与其所含牛磺酸有关,牛磺酸是地骨皮降血糖的有效成分之一。

Objective To investigate the effective components in the water drench of Cortex lycii for reduction of blood sugar. Methods Diabetic mice induced by alloxan were divided into control group, β - alanine group, phenformin group, Cortex lycii group and β - alanine plus Cortex lycii group, fed with normal saline, solution of 1% β - alanine, solution of phenformin, water drench of Cortex lycii and solution of 1% β- alanine plus water drench of Cortex lycii, respectively. After 14 days, fasting blood sugar of mice were determined. Results The results showed that after treatment, the blood sugar of mice in phenformin group, Cortex lycii group and β - alanine and Cortex lycii group reduced significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the blood sugar of mice in β- alanine had no change （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the blood sugar of mice in phenformin, Cortex lycii and β - alanine plus Cortex lycii groups reduced significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） as compared with control group and β - alanine group. There were significant differences between control group and β- alanine group（P 〈 0.05）. The results indicated that the water drench of Cortex lycii had significant effect on blood sugar and β - alanine had no effect. The blood sugar of the mice treated with β- alanine and fed with water drench of Cortex lycii at the same time reduced significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The reduction of blood sugar by water drench of Cortex lycii is related to taurine which one of the effective components in Cortex lycii for reduction of blood sugar.
