湿困脾胃证动物模型胃肠功能改变的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的创建大鼠湿困脾胃证动物模型,观察大鼠湿困脾胃证动物模型胃肠功能的病理变化。方法建立大鼠湿困脾胃证动物模型,通过体重、饮食量、腹围指数、胃肠运动吸收功能、胃肠激素水平、病理组织等方面观察其胃肠功能的改变。结果模型动物饮食减少,体重下降,胃肠胀气明显,胃排空和小肠推动能力下降,胃肠吸收功能降低,胃肠激素水平紊乱,胃肠组织发生病理改变;经平胃散治疗后模型病变部分恢复,效果好于自然恢复组。结论大鼠湿困脾胃证动物模型胃肠功能异常,平胃散有改善作用。 Objective To investigate the pathological changes in experimental rats of dampness retention in the spleen and stomach . Methods The function of stomach intestine was observed by measuring the body weight, appetite, abdomen circumference, movement and absorption of stomach intestine , gut hormone level , pathological tissue in experimental rats. Results The appetite of the rats was reduced. And their body weight was descended. The tympanites of stomach intestine was manifest , gastric emptying and small intestine impulsing capabilities were decreased , stomach intestine absorptive function was cut down , gut hormone level was disordered , pathological changes were generated from stomach intestine tissue. But the pathology was partially recoved with Pingwei Powder , and the effects were better than the spontaneous recovery group. Conclusion Pingwei Powder can ameliorate the disfunction of stomach intestine in model rats of dampness retention in the spleen and stomach.
