摘要 目的观察颈性心绞痛家兔模型颈肌的病理学变化。方法选用大耳白兔,采用低头干预使家兔颈椎退变失稳并注射瘀血使其诱发出现心肌缺血性改变,建立颈性心绞痛动物模型,运用m asson染色法观察颈肌的病理变化情况。结果模型组颈肌组织横断面可见肌纤维部分萎缩,粗细不均,肌纤维变性区域内有增生结缔组织长入及瘢痕形成,且颈肌肌纤维数量及横截面积均明显减少。结论颈椎失衡及局部炎症可导致颈肌本身发生明显的病理变化,而颈肌的异常又对颈椎静力平衡产生重要影响,这可能是颈性心绞痛的发病机理之一。 Objective To observe the cervical muscle pathological change of the rabbit model with cervical coronary heart disease. Methods The animal model of cervical coronary heart disease was established by injecting blood stagnation to induce the change of myocardial ischemia, and the changes of cervical muscle was observed by masson staining. Results The section atrophy of muscle fibers could be found in the neck muscle cross section of model group with caliber unevenness, hyperplasia appearance of connective tissue and cicatrization in the muscle fibers degeneration area, and the obvious decrease of the number of cervical muscle fibers and area of cross section. Conclusion The cervical vertebrae destabilization and local inflammatory reaction can make the cervical muscle obvious pathological change, while the abnormal cervical muscle may put a great impact on the static equilibrium of cervical vertebrae which may be one of the pathological of cervical coronary heart disease.
