摘要
目的研究3种丹皮酚金属配合物的合成及其生物活性。方法以丹皮酚和金属盐为原料合成目标产物,并通过元素分析、红外波谱以及紫外波谱对合成的金属配合物进行表征,用琼脂扩散法研究丹皮酚金属配合物的生物活性。结果在一定的浓度范围内,目标产物对所受试菌种具有一定的抑制作用。结论丹皮酚-铜配合物、丹皮酚-钴以及丹皮酚-锰配合物的收率分别为49%,69%和63%。抑菌实验表明丹皮酚-锰配合物抑制作用比较强。
Objective To study the synthesis and antimicrobial activity of three paeonol metal complexes. Methods The title compounds were synthesized by paeonol with metal salt. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectrum. The agar diffusion method was adopted to study the antimicrobial activity of the title complexes. Results In the test range, the title complexes exhibited antibacterial activity against all test bacterial organisms. Conclusion The yields of paeonol - copper, paeonol - cobalt and paeonol - manganese were 49% ,69% and 63% , respectively. The research of antimicrobial activity indicated that the paeonol - manganese complex shows higher activity against all test bacterial organisms.
