大孔吸附树脂分离纯化枫香槲寄生总黄酮的工艺研究

摘要 目的研究大孔吸附树脂富集纯化枫香槲寄生总黄酮的最佳工艺参数。方法以枫香槲寄生总黄酮吸附量为指标,通过正交实验考察确定了该树脂分离纯化总黄酮的工艺条件。结果AB-8型树脂对枫香槲寄生总黄酮有良好的吸附分离性能,其吸附分离工艺条件为:上样浓度为2.55 mg.ml-1,上样液pH为3,吸附流速为3 BV.h-1,洗脱剂为60%乙醇。结论AB-8型大孔吸附树脂在所确立的工艺条件下,纯化枫香槲寄生总黄酮效果良好,总黄酮纯度可达60%左右。 Objective To explore the optimal condition for purification of total flavonoids from Viscum liquiddambaricolum Hayata. with macroporous resin. Methods The process technology for purification of total flavonoids with macroporous resin was selected by absorption ratio through orthogonal test. Results The AB -8 macroporous resin owned optimum absorption and elution ability. The optimum absorption conditions were the sample concentration 2.55 mg . ml^-1, pH 3, the current velocity 3 BV. h^-1, the eluant 60% ethanol (5BV). Conclusion The AB - 8 macroporous resin can be used to purify total flavonoids from Viscum liquiddambaricolum, the purity of total flavonoids is about 60%.
