摘要 药用植物核rDNA是高度重复的串联序列,由于同步进化的力量,大多数物种中这些重复单位间已发生纯合或接近纯合。5.8SrDNA把核rDNA的内转录间隔区分为ITS1和ITS2两部分。由于ITS序列变异较快,能够提供较丰富的变异位点和信息位点,已在药用植物鉴别、道地性研究、栽培与野生药用植物遗传差异分析、较低分类阶元的系统发育和分类研究中发挥重要作用。 Nuclear rDNA in the medicinal plants is a tandem sequence of highly repeatable units which become homogenized or nearly homogenized in most species. The internal transcribed spacers of nuclear rDNA was divided into ITS1 and ITS2by 5.8S rDNA. As mutate quickly, ITS sequences are capable of providing many variable sites and informative sites, which plays more and more important roles in the authentications of medicinal herbs, studies on the genuineness, genetic variation analysis between cultivated and wild medicine plants, systematic development and classification researches on the lower taxon of the medicinal plants.
