人工养殖大鲵肉延缓黑腹果蝇衰老的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨人工养殖大鲵肉延缓果蝇衰老的作用。方法以大鲵肉浆,分别按占培养基的4%,2%,1%(g/g)含量,加入到基础培养基中,并以基础培养基为对照组,观察对果蝇寿命、生殖能力、飞翔能力、耐寒能力的影响,测量果蝇体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂褐素(LF)活性的变化。结果大鲵肉能显著提高果蝇的寿命、生殖能力、飞翔能力、耐寒能力,体内SOD活性明显升高,而LF的活性下降。结论大鲵肉能够延缓果蝇的衰老。 Objective To study the anti-aging action and its mechanism of the Andrias davidianus meat. Methods Andrias davidianus meat was separated into three groups ( high, middle and low group) according to its dosage ( 4% , 2 % and 1% , respectively), and was put into different cultures. The pure culture was made as control group. The life - span, reproduction, flying and cold - resistance abilities of drosophila were observed. The contents of SOD and LF in drosophila liver were measured. Results Andrias davidicmus meat could prolong the life - span, reproduction, flying and cold - resistance abilities of drosophila. The content of SOD in drosophila liver was obviously increased, but the LF activity was reduced after treatment. Conclusion Andrias davidianus meat has the ability to delay the senile process of drosophila.
