文拉法辛缓释片治疗抑郁症临床对照观察

Clinical controlled observation on depression treated by venlafaxine-xr tablets

目的:评价文法拉辛缓释片治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:将73例抑郁症患者随机分为文拉法辛缓释片组37例,氟西汀组36例。疗程8周。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定。结果:文拉法辛缓释片组与氟西汀组均有显著疗效,不良反应均少。结论:文拉法辛缓释片治疗抑郁症疗效确切,安全性好。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of depression treated by venlafaxine-xr. Method： Seventy three cases with depression were divided randmomly into venlafaxine group（ 37 cases）and fluoxetine group（36 cases）. Hamilton depressive rating scale （HAMD）and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were used. Results：Both groups had significant efficacies and few side effects. Conclusion： Depression treated with venlafaxine-xr had definite efficacy and good safety.
