男性精神分裂症患者婚姻质量及相关因素

Investigation of marriage quality in male schizophrenia

目的:探讨男性精神分裂症患者婚姻质量及相关因素。方法:对60例男性精神分裂症患者,采用Olson婚姻质量问卷进行婚姻质量的评定,并与其60例配偶及60例男性健康者的评定结果分别进行对照。结果:与健康对照者相比,患者婚姻质量均低于健康对照者(P<0.05);女性配偶婚姻质量低于患者(P<0.01);影响患者婚姻质量的主要因素有家庭收入、社会功能和发病年龄。结论:男性精神分裂症患者婚姻质量下降。

Objective：To study the marriage quality and related factors in male patients with schizophrenia. Method ：60 male patients with schizophrenia and their spouses and 60 male healthy controls were evaluated by Olson＇s enrich marital inventory. Results：The marriage quality of male schizophrenia were worse compared with healthy controls, but better compared with their spouses （P 〈 0.01 ）. Family income, social function and onset age were the leading influence factors for the marriage qualities. Conclusion ：The male schizophre- nia have worse marriage quality.
