摘要
公立学校、公共教育等概念新近出现了一些微妙变化。通过梳理公立学校及其相关概念演变的历程,可以更好地理解"公立学校是国家拨款建制、政府经费维持的学校"这一基本观点。时下,人们对公共教育概念众说纷纭,我们应当把握公共教育的基本尺度,公立学校与公共教育在本质与内涵及其外延上是一致的。
Such concepts as Public school, public education and so on have been delicately changing nowadays. Holding on the basic standpoint that public school is nationally financed and governmentally funded. This paper has analyzed the implications of public school and its related concepts systematically and historically. In the light of the phenomenon of widely divided opinions about public education, this paper further discussed some basic problems and made clear some important cognitions.
