摘要
符号互动论是教育社会学中解释学派的一个重要理论。符号是传达信息的基本单元,人与人之间的互动是构成社会结构的基础。师生关系是新课改的课题之一,良好的师生关系不仅是顺利完成教学任务的必要手段,而且是师生在教育教学活动中价值,生命意义的具体体现。本文基于符号互动论理论对我国的师生关系现状及其缘由进行剖析,提出从教师角色,生生互动以及文本对话三方面构建民主、平等的师生关系。
Symbolic interaction theory is one of the most important theories of hermeneutics in education sociology. Symbol is the basic unit of conveying information. Interaction among people is the base of constructing social structure. Teacher-student relationship is one of the important issues in the implementation of new curriculum reform. Good teacher-student relationship is not only necessary means of completing instructional task, but also the manifestation of value and life meaning to teacher and student in teaching activity. The essay analyzes teacher-student relationship on the basis of symbolic interaction theory. It constructs democratic and equal teacher-student relationship from three respects: teacher's role, student-student interaction as well as text dialogue.
