摘要
【目的】探讨卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织中P27kipl蛋白的表达及其临床意义。【方法】采用免疫组化染色(SP)法,检测47例卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织、17例卵巢良性肿瘤组织及10例正常卵巢组织中P27kipl蛋白的表达。【结果】(1)卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织中P27kipl蛋白表达的阳性率,明显低于卵巢良性肿瘤组织及正常卵巢组织(P<0.05)。(2)卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织中,P27kipl蛋白表达的水平与患者的临床分期及病理学分级相关。(3)卵巢上皮性癌患者中,P27kipl蛋白表达阳性者患者的预后较好。【结论】P27kipl蛋白的表达可能在卵巢癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。P27kipl蛋白表达水平的检测有可能作为判断卵巢癌患者预后的有用指标。
[ Objective] To study the expression of P27^kip1 protein in ovarian epithelial cancer and its clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of P27^kip1 protein was examined in 47 cases of ovarian epithelial cancer by immunohistochemistry （sp）, and analyze the relationship between the expression and prognosis of the patient. [Results] （1） The expression rates of P27^kip1 protein in malignant tumors was lower than that of benign tumors and normal ovarian tissues. （2） The expression of P27^kip1 protein in ovarian epithelial cancer was correlated with chnical stage and pathological grade. （3） In ovarian epithelial cancer, the positive expressions of P27^kip1 protein may indicate a fair prognosis. [ Conclusions] The results suggest that expression of P27^kip1 protein plays an important role in the incidence and development of ovarian epithelial cancer. The expression of P27^kip1 protein may serve as an independent prognostic factor in assessing the prognosis of ovarian epithelial cancer
