摘要
目的探讨使用对侧舌瓣旋转修复舌根癌术后组织缺损的临床效果。方法收集13例舌根部鳞状细胞癌患者,舌根癌切除后采用对侧舌瓣旋转修复术后组织缺损,并同期行同侧颈淋巴清扫术。结果13例患者术后舌瓣边缘无裂开坏死。随访2～6年局部未见复发,舌尖均能伸出下前牙切缘以外,语音及吞咽功能良好。结论采用对侧舌瓣旋转修复术,能较好地重建舌根癌术后组织缺损,恢复舌的语音和吞咽功能,具有操作简单、方法实用的优点。
Objective To explore an uncomplicated and practical method for tongue reconstruction caused by radical surgery of tongue carcinoma in base of tongue. Methods Thirteen cases with squamons cell carcinoma （ 12 cases T1 -2, NoM0, 1 case T2N, M0 ） in the base of tonge were performed with radical surgery. The tongue flap in the other side were revolved to repair the large defect caused by radical surgery. Results Thirteen cases recovered well after operations. The wounds of surgical incision healed up. The reconstructed tongue tig can jut out over mandibular incisors. The speaking as well as swallowing function recovered. Conclusion It＇ s reliable, safe and simple to use tongue flap in the other side to repair defect caused by radical surgery of carcinoma in the base of tongue. The reconstructed tongue＇s appearance and speaking as well as swallowing function were satisfactory.
