摘要
探讨了压力加工过程对复印机卤素灯用钨丝二次再结晶性能的影响,提出了通过改善再结晶组织的晶粒搭接、将再结晶后横截面的晶粒数控制在一定范围内等途径来提高卤素灯的寿命。
This paper studies the Re-crystallization properties of tungsten wire used in manifolder halogen lamp by press processing. Some measures are put forward to prolong the workable duration of halogen lamp, such as improving the re-crystallization grain joining, controlling the number of re-crystallization in the cross section to some extent.
