胡锦涛法律思想是对邓小平法律思想、江泽民法律思想的继承与发展,他提出了许多新的观点、方法和论断,内容丰富,涉及到了法理、宪法、行政法、刑法、民商经济法、程序法、社会法、国际法,是党的十六大以来以胡锦涛为总书记的中国共产党集体法律智慧的结晶,是科学发展观的重要组成部分,是马克思主义法律思想中国化的崭新成果。下篇主要是就胡锦涛刑法、民商经济法、程序法、社会法、国际法等思想进行了梳理。

Having inherited and developed Deng Xiaoping＇s and Jiang Zeming＇s legal thoughts, Hu Jintao has put forward lots of new opinions, methods and statements. The abundant system involves various fields as the legal principles, constitution, administrative law, criminal law, civil and commercial law, economic law, procedural law, social law and international law.
