双向电泳分析精索静脉曲张不育患者精浆蛋白质的表达差异 被引量:5

摘要 目的:初步观察精索静脉曲张不育患者与正常成人精浆中蛋白质的差异表达,为进一步探讨精索静脉曲张导致不育的分子机制奠定基础。方法:应用蛋白质组学的双向电泳技术,对精索静脉曲张患者与正常成人精浆蛋白质表达进行比较,观察其差异点。结果:得到分辨率和重复性均好的精索静脉曲张患者与正常成人精浆蛋白的双向凝胶电泳图谱,发现二者之间在表达上有明显差异,差异表达蛋白质点数共38个。结论:精索静脉曲张患者导致不育可能与精浆中某些蛋白质的表达和修饰改变有关,对这些差异蛋白质点的进一步分析有助于揭示精索静脉曲张导致男性不育的分子机制。 Objective: To identify differential proteins expression of seminal plasma of varicocele patients and normal person, proriding evidence for further exploring the molecular mechanism of infertility caused by varicocdle.Methods: The differential proteins expression of seminal plasma of varicocele patients and normal person were characterized by means of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis ( 2-DE ).Results: The well-resolved, reproducible 2-DE seminal plasma were obtained.The 38 differential protein spots were identified.Conclusion:The male infertility might due to the expression and modification of some proteins in seminal plasma of varicocele patient. Further analysis on the different proteins' expression helps revealing molecule mechanism of varicocele causing male infertility.
