Practices and Thoughts on Humanism in College Library Service

当前,弘扬人文精神已成为人们的共识。人文属性是图书馆与生俱来的本质属性,弘扬人文精神是图书馆理论与实践必须体现的基本理念与根本使命。高校图书馆以其独有的人文环境,更应从资源空间、藏书布局、人文教育及以各种多元化和人性化关怀式的服务上不断提高服务层次,使人文精神在高校图书馆中处处体现。

Nowadays, expanding humanistic spirit has been the common sense. Humanistic property is the naturally-born property, and expanding humanistic spirit is the basic concept and mission embodied in library theory and practice. In order to reflect the humanistic spirit everywhere, college library should, with the unique humanistic environment, improve the service level from the resources space, from the book collection arrangement, from the humanistic education, and from the multiple-humanistic service.
